About the Position
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in maintaining the accuracy of our employee data, implementing new HR systems, and ensuring a smooth employee experience. If you have a passion for streamlining HR processes and are knowledgeable about Spanish labor law, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Colaborate with the integration of our new HR systems, ensuring employee data is migrated, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Lead troubleshooting efforts and user training on HRIS systems.
- Partner with the HR team to identify all the workflows and data to be includes in our HR systems. Research, recommend, and help implement enhancements or new system features to boost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline onboarding processes, create documentation, and ensure a positive and seamless employee journey from hire to retire.
- Stay informed on changes to Spanish and French (valued) labor regulations. Update policies and assist with creating labor documents to ensure full compliance.
- Track key HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making in the HR department
- Monitor results of internal surveys related to engagement/ satisfaction.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations roles, with some experience in the integration of HR systems management.
- Working knowledge of Spanish labor law and regulations. Knowledge about French labor law would be valued.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track trends and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Spanish and French..
