About the position

The HRBP/ Talent Acquisition is responsible for acting as an ambassador of the company policies, values, and culture. He/she takes care of the needs of staff to meet the Company objectives by applying the HR strategy. He/She will lead our full-cycle of hiring process. 

This role will report directly to the HR Director. 


Key responsibilities

  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, key qualifications / requirements
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and be creative with new sourcing strategies.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including first screening calls and in-person interviews.
  • Feed and keep updated our ATS and social networks for recruiting (i.e. LinkedIn, Team Tailor…)
  • Foster relationships with applicants and potential candidates and be champion on candidate experience.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Company, driving our employer branding strategy.
  • Following up during the recruitment process and providing feedback to hiring Managers on a timely basis regarding their candidate pipelines
  • Review periodically our Acquisition workflow to Enhance Talent Acquisition practices, through setting metrics and analyzing recruitment KPI’s.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Participate actively in the full cycle of the employee journey.
  • Accompany our managers to define and implement development plans.

Minimum experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working inside the HR department in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural organization.  
  • Wide background in talent acquisition area, tech profiles and executive profiles are a must.
  • Experience in managing a range of Human Resources matters.
  • Ability to identify arising problems and to anticipate by providing the alternatives to solve them out.
  • Ability to work independently, as an active member of both business and HR teams.
  • Experience managing medium to large-scale project.
  • Troubleshooting and positive attitude.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with the Management team and employees at all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent level of verbal and written English and Spanish.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
